Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable and prohibited use of AstraGive's messaging and payment platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Prohibited Content and Campaigns

AstraGive strictly forbids the use of its platform for the transmission, routing, and facilitation of any campaigns or transactions that center around:

• Illegal Activities: Any promotion of illegal substances, weapons, or illicit goods.
• Hate Speech: Campaigns depicting violence, discrimination, or hate speech against protected groups.
• S.H.A.F.T Content: SMS regulations (CTIA) strictly prohibit programs centered around Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, and Tobacco.
• Deceptive Marketing: Phishing, multi-level marketing (MLM), or deceptive sweepstakes.

2. SMS Compliance (10DLC)

When utilizing AstraGive to send SMS/MMS messages, you must adhere strictly to TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) guidelines.

• You may only text donors who have explicitly opted-in to receive communication from your organization.
• You must honor all opt-out requests (e.g., STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE) immediately and automatically.
• Cold-texting purchased lists is an immediate violation of this AUP and will result in permanent account termination.

3. Enforcement and Termination

AstraGive reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately upon discovery of any violation of this AUP. We may intercept or block any messages or Stripe transactions that we reasonably believe violate these rules.
